Ten weeks later, Honeywell had a working prototype of a mobile app for its cloud-based facility monitoring and management service, Attune. The app, built on the Salesforce Communities platform, gives customers mobile access to key operations information and analytics so they can anticipate and proactively manage equipment and operations within their facilities, while collaboration through Salesforce Chatter gives customers access to Honeywell technicians and experts regardless of location.
