Hi everyone! Thanks for joining me for my weekly keto diet update. “My diet is better than your diet.” Sound familiar? In this week’s update, I talk about an incident that happened to me. I reached out to a keto group for support and received a lot of feedback. I have found that diet opinions can be very polarizing in several different camps. It’s enormously unproductive.
