So many people tell me, “Just cut carbs and you will lose.” Well the fact is, I’ve tried it in the past and definitely lost LOTS of weight. However, . I gained it all back. It just wasn’t sustainable for me for long term. The cool thing is its now become a tool in my tool box that i can use anytime along with other eating styles I’ve learned while on this weight loss journey.
